Conditions:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Final sale and custom items are non-returnable.

Process:

• Email your order number to hello@gojeravales.com.
• We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

• A flat return shipping fee of $15 USD will be deducted from your refund.
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is fully covered by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos within 48 hours.
• We will cover all costs and arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible — no return required.
