Shipping is free on every order.

Where Your Order Ships From

We keep our pieces with our fulfillment partner in Asia and ship directly to you from there. That is why delivery takes a little longer than it would from a US warehouse — we would rather say so up front than have you wondering.

Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 13–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates rather than fixed dates. Customs processing and carrier backlogs can both add time, and neither is something we can control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can stay blank for a stretch while the parcel moves between countries. This is normal, and your order is on its way.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States: any import duties and taxes are covered by us. Shipping, the customs handling fee and any import duties are already part of your price — you will not be asked to pay anything again when your parcel is delivered. If a carrier ever sends you a bill by mistake, write to hello@gojeravales.com with a photo of it and we will settle it.

Orders shipped anywhere else: orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your customs authority, and these are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the amount or waive it. If you would like to know before you order, write to us and we will tell you what we know.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, email hello@gojeravales.com. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf, and if a parcel is genuinely lost we will send a replacement.
